Return & Refund Policy
At www.sacredibiza.com, our purpose is to guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, you may return purchased products with no fee for up to 14 days from the date on which you received them from the Seller. The articles to be returned must be sent back to the Seller within 14 days after they were received.
The articles can be returned by sending the package through post office or through any messenger service, the cost being assumed by the Purchaser. Before returning the products, the Purchaser must write an email to info@sacredibiza.com, explaining the reason for the return or exchange. In the case of an exchange, the cost of the new delivery will be assumed by the Purchaser. The Seller will send the Purchaser an email confirmation upon receipt of the request with instructions for the return.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The right to return articles will be granted as long as the following terms and conditions are met:
- The products have not been used, washed, or damaged
- The products to be returned are sent to www.sacredibiza.com in one single package. www.sacredibiza.com reserves the right not to accept articles belonging to any order which have been returned at another time
- The products must be returned in their entirety and without having been used
- The articles must be returned through Correos or through a transport service within 14 days of the date on which they were received
If all requirements established above have been met, the Seller will reimburse the Purchaser for the price of the returned products or will send other product(s) to the Seller in the case of an exchange. If there is a difference between the price of the returned product and the product to take its place, the difference will be paid by the person to which it corresponds, considering as well that the price of delivery of the new product will be paid by the Purchaser. In the case that the returned products cannot be accepted due to noncompliance with the above established terms and conditions, the Purchaser will be notified. In this case, they can choose to have the product returned to them and will assume the cost of delivery. If the Purchaser declines to have the product returned to them, the Seller reserves the right to keep the merchandise and the amount paid for the product.
PAYMENT TIMES AND PROCEDURES FOR REIMBURSEMENT
Once the Seller has received the returned products and has verified that the products comply with all requirements, the Purchaser will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted. Regardless of the form of payment that has been used (credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer), the reimbursement will be carried out within 14 days after the date on which the Seller received the returned product and confirmed that the return was made in accordance with the conditions above.
- Payment with credit or debit card or payment with bank transfer: please provide your IBAN to sacredibiza.com for the reimbursement
- Payment with PayPal: the reimbursement will be sent to your PayPal account and will be available immediately
TIMELINE AND PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING A PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Once the Seller has received the products to be replaced and has confirmed that all prior requirements are met, we will confirm that the product of the requested size and/or color are in stock. If the selected product(s) is not available, the Seller will not be able to accept the request for exchange and thus will reimburse the price of the product(s) initially bought and whose replacement is not possible. In the case that the requested product(s) is available, the Seller will accept the request for exchange and will send the Buyer a confirmation email confirming that the product(s) has been shipped. In this case, the package will be sent within 14 days of the date on which sacredibiza.com received the returned products and after verifying that the return was made according to the conditions above. The cost of the delivery of the replacement products will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
If the price of the product being exchanged is different from the price of the product replacing it, the difference will be compensated by whomever it corresponds to. We will contact you if your exchange request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you can choose to have the first product returned to you, paying the delivery fee. If this option is rejected, the Seller reserves the right to keep the returned product(s) and the money paid for it. The product(s) to be exchanged may be reimbursed in accordance with the stipulations above and within their limits.
